Entre Mamás El Podcast

đź’¦ Water Safety with Sarah Berlin

• Season 2 • Episode 21

¡Hola!

Accidental drowning is the #1 cause of death in children 1- 4 years old in the world and in United States.  In most cases, children who drowned have loving, caring and responsible parents like you and me, which means that losing a child to drowning can happen to any one.  This brings me to the question:  what can we do today to protect our children?

Because  water safety is action we invited a survival swim instructor to discuss the layers of protection needed to keep our children safe; the layers go one over to other to make sure our children are protected when one layer fails.   Our special guest is Sarah Berlin, a mother to three young boys and an Infant Swim Resource Instructor.

This is a special edition of Entre Mamás el Podcast.     Listen to Episode #20 for similar content in Spanish:  Seguridad en Agua con Cynthia Vázquez.  Leave a comment  and thank you for listening!
